Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality CNC programs using Hypermill software.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to optimize tooling and machining strategies.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations.
- Provide technical input to reduce cycle times and improve workflow efficiency.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Offline Programmer to join our Birmingham-based team in an exclusively office-based role. In this position, you'll work closely with both production and engineering, playing a crucial part in delivering high-quality CNC machining through expert Hypermill programming. We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000, around 20 days of holiday plus statutory bank holidays (totaling 28 days), and an early finish at 1 PM on Fridays. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced leadership team in a supportive, team-oriented culture. Overtime is available as well.
