Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 4 years’ experience in AV field service or support.
- You should have knowledge of AV schematics and signal flow.
- Confidence in troubleshooting Crestron, QSC, Poly, and Cisco systems is essential (no programming required).
- A full clean UK driving licence is necessary, as this is a roaming role.
- You must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC / NPPV) - UK National, with at least 5 years residency.
- I am looking for someone who enjoys working independently but also values being part of a team.
Responsibilities
- You will be field-based across London and the South East.
- Your tasks will include break-fix, fault-finding, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a range of AV and control systems.
- You will work on secure sites.
- Occasionally, you will assist with the handover and commissioning of new installations.
- You will join a team of around 25 engineers with a solid support structure.
Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading technology integrator that is expanding its engineering team and looking for an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join us on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for an engineer who loves being hands-on, enjoys variety, and wishes to work within secure, high-impact environments. We offer a salary between £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience) and an optional on-call rota (1-in-6) with a £2,000 annual allowance. You will receive ongoing training and career development, with clear routes into commissioning or install engineering, backed by a strong support structure in a team that genuinely looks out for one another.
