Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong troubleshooting capability
- Confident communication skills with internal stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Genuine interest in developing technical expertise
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Exchange, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals (Cisco, Meraki, Dell infrastructure is advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for 1st Line technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Assist with server administration and Windows environments
- Support networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VLANs, switching)
- Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects
- Liaise with third-party vendors where required
