Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in B2B system integrations (ERP, order management, e-commerce or similar).
- Practical experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL, EDI) and data mapping.
- Solid project management skills (Agile/Prince2 preferred).
- Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, the internal team, and external developers.
- Scope, plan, and manage integration projects end-to-end.
- Gather, analyze, and document both technical and business requirements.
- Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
- Oversee the build, testing, and deployment of APIs and system connections.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation and API guides.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Ensure GDPR and data security standards are met across all projects.
- Support wider digital transformation initiatives across the business.
Description
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a longstanding client to recruit a Technical Project Manager to join their innovative and dynamic business. Our client is an established UK business with full in-house production capabilities, currently investing heavily in digital transformation. They have recently launched a new online ordering platform and are now progressing to the next stage of growth by building direct integrations with key clients’ systems to simplify ordering, improve data flow, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This full-time, permanent position offers flexible working options and allows for remote work (UK-based) with occasional travel to HQ and client sites, ideally in the South East, South West, or Midlands, within 2-3 hours of Aldershot, Hampshire. The salary will be between £65,000 and £75,000, depending on experience.
