Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design (including internships or freelance projects).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating web software/SaaS application work is essential.
- Comfortable running discovery activities (user interviews, workshops, usability testing).
- Ability to produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI.
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma or similar wireframing tools.
- Comfort with creating user flows, low/high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from day one, focusing on AI-enhanced workflows, smart automation, and integrations across our product portfolio.
- Translate complex business needs into user-centric designs including wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished UI.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive design decisions and ensure successful implementation.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system including component libraries, accessibility standards, and branding consistency.
Description
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our growing SaaS team. You will own the full UX process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iterating. This is a full-time, permanent role with a flexible hybrid pattern: 2 days a week in the Warwick office and 3 days from home.
