Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fintech environment, specifically focusing on payments, banking networks, or financial services.
- I possess a strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and other international payment rails.
- I have experience working with banking APIs, payment processors, and money transfer systems.
- I have a proven track record of delivering high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the development of the payments product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- I will define product vision, goals, and KPIs for payments and banking network solutions, including SWIFT and SEPA.
- I will prioritize features and improvements based on impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- I will drive the evolution of our payments platform by ensuring successful integration with global banking networks (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, etc.) while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, AML/KYC) and implementing best practices in payments security and fraud prevention.
- I will develop a deep understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to maintain our competitive edge in the payments space.
- I will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver high-quality product features.
- I will partner with customer-facing teams (sales, support, and marketing) to gather customer feedback and prioritize feature requests.
- I will act as a subject matter expert for payment networks, transactions, and banking-related product features.
- I will communicate regularly with senior leadership to update on product progress, key metrics, and upcoming initiatives and present product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
- I will influence cross-functional teams to achieve buy-in on product initiatives and strategy.
- I will monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, leading post-launch reviews, and iterating on product features to drive adoption and improve customer satisfaction. I will ensure a user-centric approach in every stage of the product lifecycle.
