Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimisation
- Experience managing multiple products or product portfolios
- Demonstrated success with mid-market customers, focusing on retention and growth
- Proficient in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, Productboard, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and generating insights
- Familiarity with product analytics, user research methods, and experimentation frameworks
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation
- Develop 12-month strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes and prioritisation rationale
- Maintain and share product roadmaps balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Translate strategic initiatives into quarterly and sprint-level plans with success metrics
- Prioritise features using frameworks like RICE, Value vs. Effort, and Jobs to Be Done
