Requirements

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with at least 3 years of proven experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). A strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration capabilities is essential. You should possess the ability to build responsive, user-centric applications, and have experience analyzing business processes to deliver tailored digital solutions. Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus, along with proficiency in working with third-party APIs and system integrations, is also required. We value strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex topics clearly. Strong planning and time management skills are a must, and we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and innovation. A collaborative mindset to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams is essential. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Power Platform Developer, you will design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps. You will develop and enhance workflows and automation with Power Automate, creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will ensure that all solutions adhere to best practices for security, compliance, and lifecycle management. Additionally, you will design for supportability and provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to users and technical teams. Staying up to date with Power Platform developments, recommending new features, and presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences will also be part of your role. As a mentor and subject matter expert, you will assist colleagues in developing their own Power Platform solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
