Requirements
Must:
I require a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java. You should have robust expertise in Java SE/EE, the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD pipelines, is essential. Additionally, I look for experience with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, along with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, is also required.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, testing, and deploying new user stories and features to production. You will lead by example, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills to achieve team commitments. It will be your responsibility to proactively design solutions for potential issues and contribute to key product outcomes. You are expected to actively engage with and lead technology communities within the company.
