Requirements
Must:
We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically focusing on large language models and AI operations. Strong expertise in designing and deploying large language models in production environments is essential. We look for candidates with experience in multi-agent systems, orchestration, and workflow automation. Proficiency in Python, along with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Senior/Lead AI Engineer, you will take full ownership of our LLM Ops platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and high performance. You will design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for autonomous AI workflows. Your role will also include optimizing LLM performance, fine-tuning pipelines, and monitoring inference efficiency. Collaboration with product, research, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems will be a key part of your responsibilities.
