Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency with: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL & SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce platform features including Flows, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and custom objects.
- Understanding of development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and unit testing.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, process automation, and integrations.
- Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Support CI/CD processes, code review, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment to deliver features and enhancements on schedule.
- Ensure all development meets financial-services compliance, security, and audit requirements.
