Requirements
Must:
We seek a candidate with proven experience in Power Platform, specifically with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. A strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration capabilities is essential. You should possess the ability to build responsive, user-centric applications and have experience analyzing business processes to deliver tailored digital solutions. Familiarity with Azure services (such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus) and proficiency in working with third-party APIs and system integrations are required. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal), and strong planning and time management skills. You should be self-motivated, passionate about technology and innovation, and possess a collaborative mindset, able to work across both technical and non-technical teams. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps. You will develop and enhance workflows and automations with Power Automate and create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI. Collaborating with stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role as you gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that align with business goals. You will ensure that all solutions adhere to best practices for security, compliance, and lifecycle management. Additionally, you will design for supportability, including logging, error handling, and maintainability. You will also provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to both users and technical teams, staying up to date with Power Platform developments and recommending new features when appropriate. Presenting and demonstrating solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences will be part of your contributions, and you will act as a mentor and subject matter expert for colleagues developing their own Power Platform solutions. Collaborating with third-party vendors when needed to deliver integrated solutions and troubleshooting flow errors and issues will be essential tasks.
