Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a UK-based QA Mobile Engineer with proven experience working in mobile app product teams (iOS/Android). You should have a strong understanding of CI/CD, Continuous Testing, and Shift Left/Right principles. Hands-on technical skills, including TDD and paired programming, are essential. We expect you to be able to coach and mentor developers in testing and quality ownership. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams embedded with engineers and be a strong communicator. Demonstrated leadership experience in driving quality strategies within teams is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will not only perform QA but also play a crucial part in building quality into the development lifecycle. We are looking for a collaborative engineering leader who can guide teams towards modern engineering practices. You will be expected to actively participate in discussions and strategies to enhance our mobile app development processes.
