Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with at least 7 years of professional experience in software development, specifically focusing on Java. You should possess strong expertise in Java SE/EE, the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services. Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with CI/CD pipelines, is essential. Experience with both relational databases (like MySQL and PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB) is required. Additionally, you should have experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Leadership abilities and experience in managing and mentoring teams are also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to lead the design and development of our Java-based applications. You will ensure that the solutions we create are high-quality, scalable, and maintainable. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be key to delivering innovative and effective solutions.
