We are seeking candidates who possess a strong track record of leading software development teams in enterprise environments. A deep understanding of modern architecture patterns, such as microservices and event-based systems, is essential. You should have experience overseeing large-scale transformation and system modernization initiatives. Confidence in managing hybrid teams (both onshore and offshore) and engaging with senior stakeholders is crucial. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery frameworks is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead multiple development teams that deliver core retail and contact center solutions. I will enable modernization efforts and reduce legacy dependency through my technical leadership. Aligning development practices with Agile, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps principles will be a key focus. I will guide teams through complex delivery cycles in hybrid environments and drive collaboration across engineering, product, infrastructure, and architecture.
