Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with business analysis in complex environments (5 years minimum)
- Experience in financial services, ideally post-trade/market infrastructure/banking
- Skills in requirements gathering across business, functional, and non-functional areas
- Proficiency in user stories and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with BPMN, UML, process flows, and data models
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Ability to challenge, influence, and propose solutions
- Comfort working across multiple teams and systems
- Nice to have: Experience in CSDs, post-trade, or settlement environments
- Nice to have: Knowledge of ISO15022 and ISO20022 messaging standards
- Nice to have: Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM)
- Nice to have: Understanding of regulatory environments (CSDR, compliance, etc.)
- Nice to have: Testing experience (UAT, SIT, scenario creation, execution)
Responsibilities
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Understand complex business drivers and translate them into deliverable solutions
- Drive requirements, process modelling, and solution design
- Support system changes end-to-end from discovery through deployment
- Own UAT, test scenarios, and validation
- Work closely with stakeholders across security, data, and operations
- Contribute to best practices and business analyst standards across the organisation
