Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience supporting D365 and application support. You should have a strong understanding of ERP and ITSM practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Experience with third-party finance solutions and integrations is desired. Additionally, knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and Power BI is important.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to provide 1st and 2nd line support for D365 F&O and IBM Planning Analytics. You will manage user access and assist with system navigation and best practices. Monitoring system performance and supporting month/year-end processes will be crucial. You will need to handle incidents and changes using ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or HaloITSM. Supporting upgrades, testing, and UAT using Azure DevOps and LCS will also be part of your responsibilities. I anticipate you will automate processes using Logic Apps, Power Platform, and Azure Integration Services. Maintaining documentation and delivering user training will be required, along with ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and company policies.
