Requirements
Must:
I require a candidate with 5 years of experience in Product Management, specifically focusing on AI or ML products. You should have proven, end-to-end experience launching production AI systems, rather than just proofs of concept. A strong technical capability is essential; you must be able to work closely with developers, understand architectural discussions, and explore model behavior. Additionally, hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and tools such as Claude, Prototype, Devin, Google IA, Langflow, or their equivalents is necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to drive the adoption of AI capabilities by identifying friction points and delivering solutions that reduce time-to-production from weeks to days. You will lead the full product lifecycle, which includes discovery, prototyping, experimentation, launch, and continuous improvement. Building technical roadmaps informed by prototypes, evaluations, data insights, and developer feedback will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will support engineering in defining architectures for production AI systems, including orchestration, agent frameworks, vector/prompt pipelines, and self-service developer tools.
