Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps and Power Platform.
- Acted as a Technical Lead in at least 3 successful Dynamics CRM projects.
- Adept at Business Requirement Analysis and working with functional consultants to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts, constraints, and solutions to both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding and design of Environment Architecture.
- Good understanding of implementation methodologies.
- Exam passes for relevant Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technical certifications.
- Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement tables, workflows, Power Automate, customization and configuration.
- Experience of data and application integration to and from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (desirable).
- Knowledge of data migration options and processes (desirable).
- Knowledge of other technologies that complement the core Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution (desirable).
- Knowledge of ‘Dual Write integration framework for integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal (online meetings), and face-to-face.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Technical Architect to deliver the technical solution that fits with the overall technical design.
- Define project Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategy.
- Manage DevOps including repositories, branching, solutions, and build and release pipelines.
- Take ownership of complex development items such as C# plugins, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom pages.
- Perform technical design and customization/code review/QA ensuring best practice coding standards are met.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- For large projects, allocate development work to developers and manage the development team on a daily basis.
- Manage application issues related to both standard and bespoke code.
- Ensure that development satisfies customer functional, technical, and business requirements (FDDs & IDDs).
- Produce Technical Design Documents.
- Manage and define the environment landscape to fit project needs.
- Attend weekly project update calls and provide development updates to the wider project team.
- Act as an active member of the HSO CE Services Team focused on implementing D365 solutions for customers, including engaging with external customers to understand and shape requirements for desired business outcomes.
- Support sales and the pre-sales team to promote workable solutions for prospects.
- Own technical delivery on projects, with the ability to deep dive into technical inquiries on proposed solutions.
- Produce architecture and design documentation to agreed HSO standards.
- Understand the HSO project delivery methodology and apply this implementation approach to all HSO projects.
- Work closely with project teams and act as a point of reference/escalation during the implementation, especially during go-live, advising on scalability and performance of the solution.
- Act as a Technical lead and mentor colleagues to share knowledge.
- Plan and execute wave release updates.
