Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in software development
- Experience in leading applied AI projects
- Proficiency in Python, Plotly Dash, and Azure
- Technical application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in digital products
- Ability to design AI solutions for business problems
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in teams
- Knowledge of ethical and regulatory standards for AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and implementation of AI solutions
- Develop and maintain analytic products within our tech stack
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to data engineers, analysts, and non-technical staff
- Document AI architectures, models, and agent behaviours
- Lead technical delivery of projects extracting finance and performance data from documents
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to optimize public spending business processes
- Integrate AI with enterprise platforms, including APIs and data pipelines
- Assess and select appropriate AI models, platforms, and tools
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with partners to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Support training and upskilling of staff in AI literacy and responsible use of intelligent systems
- Ensure AI solutions are ethical, secure, and aligned with strategic objectives
