Requirements
Must:
- Educated to degree level in a numerate/business/digital and technology related subject
- Relevant industry specific qualification(s)
- Extensive relevant proven experience demonstrating a similar level of knowledge and understanding
- Typically a professional qualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent such as SVQ level 5 or an honours degree
- Approximately 10 years of experience for full competence and familiarity with all aspects of the job
Responsibilities
- Shape the councils ICT infrastructure to support the delivery of our ICT Strategy and business objectives
- Own the end-to-end infrastructure design, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, and scalable
- Develop, maintain, and govern the councils ICT infrastructure design
- Offer strategic and technical advice to ensure delivery of measurable business value
- Work closely with the ICT Technical Operations Manager and ICT Strategy Programme Manager to define future technical direction
- Guide the organisation through the successful implementation of new and evolving technologies
Description

We offer a permanent position with a salary range of £57,948 - £63,390 per annum for a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week.
