Requirements
Must:
- Educated to degree level in a numerate/business related subject, or equivalent experience in data management and ICT security.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level data integration solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support for operational data integrations and digital transformation projects.
- Maximize the use of data and systems to improve insights across Council services.

We are the Highland Councils ICT department, committed to maximizing data use to enhance decision-making and customer self-services. The ICT Data Engineer will play a key role in our data integrations team, contributing to strategic objectives through operational support and digital transformation projects.
