- Basic iOS Constructs: Architectural patterns such as MVC/MVVM-C - Proficient in Swift and Swift UI programming skills - Networking skills including URL Session and Codable - Experience with databases, including Swift Data, Core Data, SQLite, and caching techniques - Knowledge of background task handling using Background Modes - Familiarity with GCD and Operation Queues, Promise Kit - Unit testing experience using XCTest, XCUITest, and Snapshot Testing - Understanding of Reactive Programming Paradigm with Swift UI and Swift Concurrency - Knowledge of localization best practices and country-specific rollout with configuration files - Proficient in using Instruments, Xcode Organizer, and logs management - Ability to identify and create reusable components - Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, custom analytics, and remote configuration - Knowledge of security practices including Keychain, data encryption, certificate/SSL pinning, biometric and multi-factor authentication - Problem-solving skills for critical bugs and integration issues - Experience performing code reviews and mentoring team members - Familiarity with app distribution on App Store and Play Store, including beta releases - Experience using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Fastlane; familiarity with SAST/DAST tools is a plus - Ability to execute re-platform assessments for mobile applications - Capability to create application architectures and provide solutions across multiple technologies - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Commitment to ensuring performance, quality, and scalability of mobile applications - Proficiency in utilizing Xcode with GitHub Copilot for streamlined development and testing
