Requirements
Must:
We seek individuals with experience in planning and driving agendas for requirements workshops, particularly focusing on IRM and integrations. You should have the ability to document requirements and to-be processes alongside a Senior Business Process Consultant and Senior Technical Consultant. A keen eye for reviewing and validating design and FRS deliverables is essential, as is the capability to enable solution validation workshops and recommend solutions to issues. You will need to provide inputs to senior consultants on activities, risks, issues, and solutions, demonstrating that the system meets both functional and technical requirements. Recommendations on integration architecture for the ServiceNow platform are also expected, along with collaboration with integration developers to ensure the quality of integration objects.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst, you will orchestrate workshops to gather requirements and drive discussions about integrations. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants to document processes and review design deliverables. Your role will involve validating the functional and technical performance of the system, effectively advising on potential issues. You will also play a key role in enhancing integration architecture strategies to facilitate effective data exchange across systems.
