Requirements
Must:
- Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 13+ years of PEGA experience, with at least 4+ years as LSA.
- Hands-on experience with Smart Dispute framework for financial services.
- Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, decisioning, and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in Pega Constellation.
- Experience in banking and financial services, particularly in dispute and chargeback processes.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with PEGA 8.x or higher (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement PEGA applications leveraging Smart Dispute framework for financial dispute resolution.
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and performance optimization strategies.
- Act as the technical lead for PEGA projects, guiding development teams and ensuring compliance with PEGA guardrails.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Prepare high-level and detailed design documents, including class structures, data models, and process flows.
- Integrate PEGA applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols.
- Oversee deployment activities and ensure smooth transition to production environments.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.
