- You follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and appreciate the benefits of testing.
- You understand what good code looks like and enforce coding standards during pull requests.
- You know how to use memory profilers and analyze heap dumps.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- You have a minimum of 10 years of Java experience.
