Requirements
Must:
- You should have over 7 years of experience in relevant fields.
- You must hold a certification as a ServiceNow IRM/SecOps administrator or consultant.
- It is essential that you have concluded at least one lifecycle of ServiceNow IRM/SecOps implementation.
- Experience with JavaScript, API, and Web Services is necessary.
- A working knowledge of Vulnerability Management processes and tools is required.
- Additional certifications such as ISO, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRICS are preferred.
- You need expertise in the ServiceNow GRC and SecOps platforms.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for requirement gathering, process design, and the configuration/customization of the ServiceNow IRM Platform.
- You will take on the role of ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst in client engagements.
- Creating high-level and low-level technical design documents will be part of your tasks, as well as participating in architecture design for deployment.
- Demonstrating IRM solutions and SecOps solutions when needed is expected.
- You will assess current IRM processes for maturity and automation on the ServiceNow platform.
- Your role will involve creating and executing test plans, as well as participating in client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production migration.
- You will manage GRC User Stories in an agile team and lead iterations from a delivery perspective.
- Understanding Observables, Indicators of Compromise (IOC), and IoC lookups will be part of your daily responsibilities.
- It’s good to have experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow GRC applications/modules, with working knowledge of its built-in capabilities, including plugins, workflows, UI elements, tables, dictionaries, integrations, and dependencies.
- Experience with scripting in ServiceNow is also needed.
