Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience
- Valid authorization to work in the UK
- Strong Windows 10 & 11 OS Build and Support skills
- Extremely strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Well-versed in providing high levels of customer service
- Ability to travel to remote locations
- Capable of troubleshooting issues with end-user devices
- Experience in deploying or redeploying OS images
- Knowledge of virtual desktop activities
- Skills in device health monitoring and remediation
- Experience in IT Software/Hardware Asset Management
- Ability to support VIP/Exec level requirements
- Experience with audio and video readiness and event support
- Familiarity with customer ticketing systems and service levels
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide Deskside / OSS / FSO technical support to various devices
- Deliver high-level customer satisfaction as a strong communicator
- Perform fault diagnostics and deliver user requirements
- Test, identify, prepare, repair, resolve, and document end-user technical issues
- Provide 2nd line IT support within service level agreements
- Manage customer ticketing ensuring timely service delivery
- Support site infrastructure administration functions
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Categorize and prioritize support requests via ticket systems
- Ensure regular customer interaction for high service levels
- Move equipment and perform asset inventory activities
- Deliver end-user training and guidance on hardware and software
