Requirements
Must:
- 8 years' hands-on WordPress development experience
- Deep understanding of WordPress Gutenberg
- Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building custom Gutenberg blocks, APIs, and feeds
- Solid knowledge of Git, Agile, and JIRA
- Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and Core Web Vitals
- Confident communicator and collaborator in distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and feature development of enterprise-level WordPress sites across multiple brands
- Build and maintain shared plugins and reusable microservices to enhance performance and scalability
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver digital products that push boundaries
- Optimize site performance, improving response times, query efficiency, and Core Web Vitals
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve site functionality to ensure seamless editorial workflows
- Champion best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment

We are seeking a Senior WordPress Full Stack Developer to play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining high-traffic media platforms that reach millions of readers daily.
