Requirements
Must:
- Comprehensive understanding of multiple Microsoft platforms
- Strong knowledge of Storage Area Networks and backup systems
- Detailed understanding of VMware ESXi
- Competence in configuration and maintenance of Cisco network equipment
- Ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve complex LAN / WAN / WLAN issues
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability of all IT infrastructure and components
- Monitor and manage the IT server estate and local/wide area networks
- Own IT infrastructure documentation, projects, operational processes and controls
- Commit to the continued advancement of the IT function through effective knowledge sharing and team training
