Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software licensing including 365, Cloud, and Meraki.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support users effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to confidentiality and customer service excellence.
- Willingness to participate in training and development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with purchasing and installing computer hardware and software.
- Ensure all software used is properly licensed.
- Manage network operations and telephony systems.
- Train users on hardware and software.
- Ensure all required documentation is received and completed.
- Provide regular updates to the IT Manager and feedback to management and staff.
- Participate in meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Identify and attend relevant training, submitting completion certificates to HR.
- Adhere to company health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of customer care.
- Support team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the company.
