Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a third-level qualification in Computer Science or a related subject. A high degree of competency and experience in Java (J2SE and J2EE) is essential, along with experience delivering software through a full Software Development Lifecycle, whether it be Waterfall or Agile. You should also have experience in SQL/Hibernate database design and development, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality, on-time releases. Additionally, we value candidates who can coach, support, and share information effectively with team members.
Desirable skills include competency and experience in Angular/React, experience with JSF, Oracle JDeveloper including ADF, Weblogic Server, and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with lightweight Java frameworks such as Spring would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions that ensure usability, efficiency, reliability, availability, security, and scalability. You will embrace new technologies and employ a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving. We expect you to maintain an excellent customer focus and the ability to understand complex business rules. Good written and verbal communication skills are a must, alongside a proactive attitude in identifying your personal development and training needs. You will also contribute to our focus on continuous improvement in technology, communication, and process.
