Requirements
Must:
- At least 4 years of experience supporting ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA Service Management)
- Proficiency in Windows 8/10 systems, Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 Server, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with SharePoint or SharePoint Online
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's internal IT systems and End User Services
- Oversee Windows-based services such as email and file sharing
- Provide desktop support and handle incidents using JIRA Service Desk
- Manage Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory
