Senior ICT Infrastructure Analyst - Belfast

- Provide technical support and advice to customers in person, by phone, and email - Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring full resolution and customer follow-up - Classify and prioritize problems, document root causes, and implement preventative measures - Identify wider technical or system issues and support the development of solutions - Patch and update MS Windows Server 2012 or later in a Hyper-V 2019 environment while ensuring appropriate security measures - Support and manage services in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment - Support delivery of in-house applications using Microsoft technologies (e.g., DevOps pipelines, Company Portal) - Manage and configure TCP/IP network equipment, including switches - Manage and maintain MS Exchange 2016 (or later) on-premise and Office 365 email systems - Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft cloud identity - Investigate system alerts and provide appropriate responses - Contribute to disaster recovery planning and contingency preparations - Assist with the development and maintenance of Windows 10 or later device configurations - Support secure remote access and smart devices - Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and provide guidance - Comply with all staff policies, including Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work - Manage information and records in line with policies and statutory requirements - Undertake other duties as required by the Assembly Commission
