Must:
We are looking for a technically proficient individual in SAP BI tools, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with our business stakeholders. You should have experience in developing and supporting SAP reports (BW, SAC, or similar environments). It is important that you are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile BI team and adept at translating complex business requirements into actionable insights. A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for data quality and process improvement is essential.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our SAP reporting and analytics team, you will design, develop, and maintain SAP BI solutions using BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for business users by resolving data queries and managing SAP BI support tickets (approximately 40% Business as Usual, 60% development/migration). You will lead the migration of manual and legacy reports into SAP platforms, enhancing automation, accuracy, and data integrity. Close collaboration with stakeholders is essential for gathering requirements and translating business needs into effective reporting solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic initiatives including cloud adoption, SAP data enhancements, and integration of new data sources.
