Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 8 years of project management experience within Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms.
- You should have a proven track record in delivering regulatory projects in complex institutional environments.
- A strong working knowledge of Markets products and regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Experience working with Front Office stakeholders and control functions is necessary.
- Familiarity with CCP Clearing processes and clearing house models is important.
- I expect you to have experience in booking model change and transformation programmes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting is required.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to lead and manage regulatory change projects across Markets, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- You will engage with Front Office (Trading and Sales), Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, and infrastructure teams to drive initiatives.
- Overseeing booking model changes and operating model transformations will be part of your role.
- You will navigate and coordinate across large, complex teams and stakeholder groups.
- Analyzing large data sets using MS Excel to identify trends, report findings, and implement change will be expected of you.
- Contributing to programs involving legal entity changes (e.g., Brexit, Clearing) will be part of your responsibilities.
- Supporting transformation initiatives related to CCP Clearing and clearing house models is essential.
- I expect you to apply your strong knowledge of Markets products including equities, securities, repos, tri-party, and bonds.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal control frameworks is crucial.
