Requirements
Must:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or integration support.
- Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud systems, including ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM platforms, and SQL/reporting tools.
- Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and automation platforms, such as Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Certifications in iPaaS, data platforms, or ITIL are desirable.
- Personal Attributes:
- Collaborative and approachable with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term improvement goals.
- Effective communicator capable of translating technical concepts into understandable business language.

Responsibilities
- Ensure IT continuity and resilience across multiple operating sites while supporting infrastructure, networking, and core business applications.
- Drive technical enablement and integration, building scalable solutions for data, analytics, and system interoperability.
- Maintain stable IT operations and provide hands-on support during peak periods.
- Act as the technical owner for enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Design and implement secure integration flows using iPaaS tools including Azure Integration Services, Boomi, and MuleSoft.
- Enable self-service analytics while ensuring data security and governance.
- Collaborate with local IT teams and vendors to deliver consistent standards and best practices.
