Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an IT support role
- Hands-on responsibility for managing and supporting hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure
- Experience supporting new starters and leavers, including device setup, account creation, and access permissions
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, network, and application environments
- Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft-based devices, mobile phones, VPNs, and associated security requirements
- Working knowledge of network security, VPNs, and compliance best practices
- Experience managing anti-spam solutions and maintaining internal IT documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach to IT support, including occasional out-of-hours assistance
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Minimum 3 years IT support experience, supporting VPNs and networking
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, first-line IT support to the organisations overall IT infrastructure
- Take ownership of day-to-day IT support across the business
- Ensure systems, networks, hardware, and applications operate effectively
- Contribute to internal IT projects
- Maintain and improve the organisations technology environment
- Support users professionally and effectively
