IT Support Technician

- Proven experience in an IT support role, managing and supporting hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure - Experience supporting new starters and leavers, including device setup, account creation, and access permissions - Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, network, and application environments - Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft-based devices, mobile phones, VPNs, and associated security requirements - Working knowledge of network security, VPNs, and compliance best practices - Experience managing anti-spam solutions and maintaining internal IT documentation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users professionally and effectively - A proactive, ownership-driven approach to IT support, including occasional out-of-hours assistance - A full, clean UK driving license - Minimum 3 years IT support experience, supporting VPNs and networking
