Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Computer Science/IT (or related)
- 2+ years experience in IT systems engineering or application support
- Hands-on with CATIA V5/V6, PLM (ENOVIA), and ERP/MRP integrations
- Strong infrastructure skills: Windows Server 2022, VMware, Cisco networking, SAN storage
- Knowledge of GD&T, aerospace manufacturing standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
- Ability to deliver projects from idea to implementation against agreed KPIs
- Full driving licence and flexibility required
- Desirable: CATIA application support background; ERP/MRP application support; experience in a manufacturing IT environment
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimise CATIA V6 3DEXPERIENCE (including user, security, and environment management)
- Implement and maintain PLM integrations (e.g., ENOVIA) for design data governance, version control, and lifecycle management
- Integrate CAD/PLM with ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate BOM creation and loading
- Support simulation and validation environments for mechanical/structural components
- Manage core infrastructure across Windows Server 2022, VMware, Cisco networking, and SAN storage
- Work with third-party suppliers, own support contracts, and drive upgrades/incident resolution
- Improve IT workflows, maintain Requests/Incidents/Problems/Knowledge records, and contribute to audits and governance
- Champion compliance with GD&T, aerospace standards, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 20000 best practice
