Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in corporate governance, policy management, or risk analysis.
- Experience in legal, consulting, or program management roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex document inventories and implement governance frameworks.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven process improvement is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Policy Simplification Review, revising market-owned documents and supporting document owners in streamlining processes.
- Manage non-hierarchical document oversight, including risk assessment and repository control.
- Identify potential risks and escalate them for further review.
- Maintain accurate reports for control, tracking, and analysis, ensuring secure retention of documents.
- Support centralized authoring for inventory documents and execute updates to the Markets Policy Playbook and Training Governance Playbook.
- Drive governance improvements around operating manuals, guidelines, and role definitions.
- Explore innovative solutions, including leveraging AI to simplify documentation and enhance efficiency.
