Must:
- Proven experience in technology resilience and recovery strategies
- Strong analytical skills to assess resilience vulnerabilities
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and integrated risk management tools
- Knowledge of Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
- Experience in leading resilience initiatives within diverse teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of infrastructure, application security, and disaster recovery processes
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Resilience Deep Dive within ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM)
- Investigate resilience vulnerability data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support the migration to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Contribute to initiatives around Double Failure Resilience and Mass Disaster Recovery scenarios
- Redefine and embed Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) within the organization
- Develop and promote an organizational approach to SLIs, SLOs, and Availability Management
- Shape and support the overall Technology Resilience Strategy covering various technological aspects
