Senior Systems Analyst

- Design and implement one of our core systems, ViewPoint, to enhance our service offerings. - Interpret accounting and administration requirements to create system solutions that meet client demands. - Handle complex service requests and incidents via our support desk (Ivanti) or through project enhancements, ensuring client teams are updated on progress. - Monitor and review service delivery for timely updates to client teams. - Review work from junior team members and peers to maintain quality and consistency. - Conduct system integration testing and reconciliation activities, providing relevant evidence and documentation. - Document system and process changes, create training materials, and design test cases to support those changes. - Communicate effectively with team members and client-facing teams to gather and explain requirements and provide resolutions. - Identify development needs for junior team members and collaborate with line managers on training plans. - Support project work by assisting in the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and defect resolutions, working alongside business leads, technical leads, and project managers. - Manage end-to-end project processes, from requirement gathering to solution development, testing, deployment, and user guide creation. - Gather requirements for reports and collaborate with the reporting and data team to develop solutions for multiple clients.
