Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in similar roles. Experience in a regulated financial services environment is an advantage. You should have expertise with Public Cloud Platforms, particularly Azure. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure as code is essential. Additionally, you should have experience managing Azure and infrastructure cloud projects, including migrations, as well as managing and collaborating with third-party vendors. A formal project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile, is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio, is required, along with a Cloud Architect - Fundamentals or similar qualification being desirable.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and evolve the technology roadmap to support our IT objectives. You will deliver projects in line with best practice project management disciplines and our Change Framework. Engaging with third-party providers and technical teams, you will ensure services are delivered within quality and time constraints. You will validate and review vendor and partner proposals to ensure alignment with business requirements, facilitate both technical and non-technical meetings to maintain progress, and produce project control documents and progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues. You will also oversee project budgets to ensure costs align with expectations, and manage 2 direct reports.

Description

We are offering a competitive salary between Β£52,000 and Β£75,000, along with excellent benefits including a 15% pension, 30 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, paid voluntary days, and generous parental leave options.
