Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong Linux skills, especially Rocky Linux, and infrastructure automation using Ansible.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines using Helm charts, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices.
- Experience designing advanced monitoring and alerting systems.
- Solid grasp of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, etc.) and information security risk assessment in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Nginx, PHP, MySQL, and NoSQL technologies like RabbitMQ, SOLR, Couchbase.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving DevOps culture, mentoring, and continuous improvement in Agile environments.
- Experience in recruitment of Developers/DevOps Engineers.
Responsibilities
As a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer in our hyper-growth business, you will be an integral part of our Engineering team. You’ll collaborate closely with development squads and work under the guidance of the Head of Development to push best practices throughout the team. Your primary focus will be to architect, implement, and optimize software delivery pipelines to enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to companywide initiatives that aim to expand into new territories globally and launch a mobile app.
