We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a wealth of experience in managing multiple complex projects throughout the full lifecycle. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment would be advantageous. You must have highly developed business analytical skills aimed at generating comprehensive business requirements and business cases for IT change. A high level of initiative, professionalism, independence, and resilience is expected, as is a proven track record of producing high-quality technical requirements, design, and test documentation. Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders are essential, and prior experience mentoring and training Business Analysts is highly desirable. Experience in the financial services industry is preferable, with knowledge of wealth management being a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst within our newly created business design function, you will become an integral part of the Technology department. Your role will combine business architecture knowledge and business analysis expertise in a multidisciplinary team, alongside Business Design specialists in Architecture and Testing. You will lead complex business analysis efforts, defining problems, capturing and documenting requirements, and ensuring that business analysis optimally facilitates change by improving business processes and leveraging technological advancements. You will be expected to mentor and support Design Analysts focusing on broad knowledge across the various disciplines and assist in motivating team members in business architecture and analysis activities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in establishing communities of practice, emphasizing best practices in business analysis across all product portfolios.
