- Technically competent with Active Directory, Virtualisation, Cloud Services, and Networks
- Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience of IT in an education setting
Responsibilities
In this role, I will support and manage the West Yorkshire infrastructure and support service while establishing best practices, procedures, and processes across different sites. I will act as a point of escalation for IT issues, providing 2nd line support for technical challenges. Additionally, I will support the Head of IT in developing the IT strategy, ensuring that our resources and services are fit for purpose and aligned with future development needs.
Description
This exciting position offers a salary between £38,000 and £44,700, negotiable based on experience.
