Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and management, including Entra ID and Intune. A solid understanding of Microsoft server technologies such as Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, iSCSI, WDS, and MDT is essential. Experience with wired and wireless network solutions, particularly HP Aruba and CISCO Meraki, is favorable. Proficiency in supporting and managing MDM solutions, such as Intune and Meraki, is also desirable. Additionally, I need someone with experience in dealing with Windows desktop end-user support.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will require you to provide comprehensive technical support for educational applications, cloud technologies, and network infrastructure, ensuring efficient issue resolution and proactive maintenance. You will manage the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of network infrastructure and a range of applications, keeping all systems updated and functioning optimally. It's important to maintain all technical documentation related to the customer site. You will collaborate with the Project Manager on digital transformation projects, overseeing the planning and implementation phases. As a senior point of reference for service desk colleagues, you will maintain open communication with clients throughout the incident resolution process, striving to deliver the highest quality service and demonstrating a commitment to customer care.
