Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical guidance on solution design and development best practices while setting and monitoring coding standards. You will develop modular and reusable code components that adhere to best practices and standards. Your duties will include interacting with users to understand business requirements and process flows, translating these into technical requirements for assigned projects. Youll collaborate with fellow developers, project managers, and system administrators to ensure successful end-to-end application development and implementation. Additionally, you will facilitate testing for changes or new software, participate in design and code review sessions, create end-user documentation and training plans, and support users with issues and requests through our support system while ensuring we meet agreed SLAs.
