We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with proven experience in developing enterprise-grade solutions. You will possess strong technical capabilities and creative problem-solving skills. A solid understanding of data modeling, business intelligence, and database management is necessary, alongside familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, and SQL. A working knowledge of Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connector development is advantageous. Experience with the broader Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure Data Factory, is highly desirable, as is exposure to advanced analytics, including predictive and prescriptive modeling. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing multiple projects concurrently. This role requires Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities
As a key member of our Technology Team, you will transform business needs into powerful, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT colleagues to design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows through Power Automate. Managing data structures within Dataverse will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be accountable for integrating Power Platform solutions with the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365, while developing custom connectors for external APIs and services. Your role will involve taking ownership of application design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring that all solutions are optimized for performance, security, and user experience. Supporting end-users through documentation, troubleshooting, and training will be crucial, along with adhering to best practices and evolving platform standards.
